Job Title: Warehouse Operator / Fish Food Packing 
Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Environment: Fully Air-Conditioned Warehouse
Location: Melbourne, FL

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to join our team in packing high-quality tropical fish food. You will work in a clean, climate-controlled facility, ensuring products are accurately measured, packaged, and prepared for shipment. This role involves a mix of manual hand-packing and operating automated filling machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate packaging machinery to efficiently fill pouches and jars with dry fish food.
• Hand-fill specialty orders and custom product lines with high accuracy.
• Seal, label, and box finished products according to strict quality standards.
• Inspect packaging materials and final products for defects or leaks.
• Restock packing stations with raw materials, jars, lids, and pouches.
• Maintain a clean workspace by following daily safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for repetitive packing tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs comfortably on a regular basis.
• Basic math skills for counting inventory and verifying product weights.
• Dependability and punctuality to consistently meet the 7:00 AM start time.
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we will fully train the right candidate.
