Position Overview Residential Electrical Foreman – oversee day‑to‑day electrical operations in multifamily projects in Charlotte, NC. Lead electricians, manage project timelines, ensure NEC code compliance, safety standards, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of residential electricians. Plan and manage multifamily electrical projects from start to finish. Coordinate scheduling, manpower, materials, and project budgets. Ensure all work meets NEC codes and quality standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and site personnel. Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide technical guidance. Enforce OSHA safety standards and conduct regular safety meetings. Manage tools, equipment, and material inventory. Maintain project documentation, including permits, inspections, and work orders. Identify training needs and support team development. Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of supervisory experience in multifamily residential electrical work. Strong knowledge of NEC codes and residential electrical systems. Proven leadership and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in project management software and digital reporting tools. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Minimum Education & Experience Education: None required. Experience: 4–6 years of relevant experience. License Required: Yes. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and walk for extended periods. Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and scaffolding. Ability to work in tight spaces and elevated areas. Manual dexterity for handling tools and wiring.
