Starting this September and running through December, you’ll support students during a Leave of Absence and play a crucial role in delivering high-quality occupational therapy services. You’ll serve a single elementary campus and help students in a K-5 environment thrive in academic and daily living settings. Qualifications and Preferred Experience Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy Licensed Occupational Therapist in California (active and in good standing) Previous school-based OT experience strongly preferred Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt quickly to changing needs Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Willingness to work full-time or part-time as needed NO COTAs requirements (OT only) Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop individualized plans for students Provide direct therapy and consult with teachers and staff Maintain progress documentation and participate in IEP meetings Foster an inclusive, supportive environment for all students Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver optimal student outcomes Compensation for this position ranges from $43.86 to $63.86.
