Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Landscaper / General Laborer to join a growing landscaping team in Bend, Oregon. This position involves a variety of landscape maintenance, lawn care, groundskeeping, and outdoor labor responsibilities at multiple job sites throughout the area.
The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, thrives in a team environment, and is comfortable performing physically demanding work. No landscaping experience is required. We are willing to train the right individual who has a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
• Perform lawn maintenance, including mowing, edging, and trimming
• Rake leaves, collect debris, and maintain clean outdoor spaces
• Assist with landscape maintenance and groundskeeping projects
• Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment safely
• Perform shoveling, lifting, digging, and other general labor duties
• Ride between job sites in a company vehicle with the crew
• Follow directions from crew leaders and supervisors
• Support team members to complete projects efficiently
• Maintain safe and organized work areas
• Perform additional duties as assigned
Key Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods and in varying weather conditions
• Ability to use shovels, rakes, and other landscaping tools
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous landscaping experience
• Previous groundskeeping experience
• Previous construction experience
• Previous general labor experience
• Experience using landscaping equipment and hand tools
Construction or related outdoor labor experience is preferred but not required.
