Senior Roofing Sales Rep - Clearwater to St. Petersburg

Gulf Shield Roofing is expanding into Clearwater and St. Petersburg and is hiring an experienced roofing sales professional to take over a high-demand territory.

This is an overflow territory with high demand, active leads, and high income potential.

Income Potential:

• 6+ customers per month = $24,000+ monthly income
• 10 customers per month = $40,000+ monthly income
• $4,000+ average commission per project

Top performers are consistently earning well into six figures.

The Mission

We are building a 2-person team to:

• Take ownership of Clearwater and St. Petersburg
• Serve a backlog of customers already reaching out
• Reduce long drive times for our current Tampa/Lutz team
• Stabilize and grow this territory over the next 12 months

Role Expectations

• Run company-provided leads and close deals
• Generate additional business through networking and referrals
• Handle both  full replacements and repair estimates
• Deliver a high-level customer experience
• Represent the Gulf Shield brand in the field daily

Requirements

• Must be  currently active in roofing sales
• Experience with retail or insurance (we can cross-train)
• Understand inspections, claims process, and full sales cycle
• Self-sufficient and competitive
• Willing to work 40 to 60 hours per week
• Able to operate independently (1099 role)

Compensation & Incentives

• 1099 commission structure
• ~20% payout on deals
• $1,500 monthly bonus at $125K revenue (scales higher)
• Performance contests and incentives
• Annual rewards including high-end recognition

Example Deal:

$35,000 project → ~$7,130 commission

Example Rep:

$1.3M sold → $220K income + luxury rewards
