Sales Executive Assistant
We're currently partnering with a great company in Kent, WA that is looking to bring on a Sales Executive Assistant to support their President and sales team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Fully in office (Monday-Friday) $52,000-$72,800 salary + 100% employer paid benefits. This is a highly visible role that plays a key part in keeping the sales organization running smoothly. Responsibilities include:
- Managing customer setup forms and agreements
- Maintaining and updating CRM records
- Preparing sales materials and presentations
- Coordinating product samples and shipments
- Running reports and supporting the sales team with data
- Communicating with warehouse/logistics on order status
- Assisting with trade shows and team events
This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly.
