ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

Apply expertise in mental health, learning, and behavior to help students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally, while collaborating with families, teachers, and administrators to create supportive learning environments Administer formal and informal assessments and present findings at eligibility meetings Observe students across the educational setting and provide recommendations regarding supports and accommodations for students Serve as a member of students' IEP team by attending and participating in domain meetings, IEP meetings (when needed), and eligibility meetings Serve on the district's MTSS team Participate in professional development and provide professional development, as needed Review eligibility criteria in eligibility meetings Participate in 504 meetings, as appropriate Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Master's Degree Appropriate valid Illinois Professional Educators License with school psychologist endorsement or approved program required.
