Summary:

• Provides technical skills and abilities to engineering teams, ensuring successful execution of projects.

• Becomes an expert in PLC integration and troubleshooting for a complex automated system.

• Collaborates with stakeholders to capture and manage system requirements, ensuring they are well-defined, complete, and traceable throughout the project lifecycle.

• Develops and executes test plans, analyzes test results, and drives corrective actions.

• Supervises a small team of 2 to 3 and manages project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.

• Designs and architects complex systems involving hardware, software, network components, and PLC systems.

• Ensures system design aligns with quality standards and industry best practices.

• Maintains in-depth knowledge of relevant technologies and provides technical assistance to team members.

• Uses Allen Bradley CompactLogix PLC for equipment integration and control.

• Works with SQL and databases for system integration.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• Experience in systems or industrial engineering.

• Experience with PLCs.

• Mastery of knowledge in equipment integration, implementation, and troubleshooting.

• Ability to work under minimal supervision.

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, or related field) or technical degree in automation (Industrial Controls, Robotics, or related field).

• Preferred: Experience with Allen Bradley CompactLogix PLC.

• Preferred: Experience in SQL and databases.

• Preferred: Experience in working complex system integration projects.

• Preferred: Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
