Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner New York, NY, US Experience: Entry Level Salary: $155,000 - $185,000 per year The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, medication management, and ongoing behavioral health treatment for patients across the lifespan. This provider collaborates closely with primary care providers, therapists, case managers, and care coordination teams to deliver integrated, trauma‑informed behavioral healthcare. The PMHNP will play a key role in improving access to psychiatric services while supporting patients with mental health and substance use disorders.
