We're seeking an entry-level or experienced Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our dedicated team. This full-time position offers competitive pay ($40-$50/hour based on experience), generous benefits, and a flexible schedule with summer hours. Dental hygienist

Clinical Excellence:
Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal therapy
Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments
Take and interpret dental radiographs
Provide personalized oral hygiene instruction
Screen for oral cancer and periodontal disease
Maintain accurate patient records
Patient Care & Team Collaboration:
Build trusting relationships with patients of all ages
Work closely with dentists to develop treatment plans
Educate patients on preventive care and treatment options
Maintain strict infection control protocols
Participate in team meetings and continuing education

part-time $37 - $50 per hour

Regular Hours (Labor Day - Memorial Day):
Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Summer Hours (Memorial Day - Labor Day):
Monday - Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Every other Friday: 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM

• Basic life support
• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
• Infection Control License
• Licensed dental hygienist

Active Rhode Island Dental Hygiene license
CPR certification
Strong knowledge of infection control protocols
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• General Dentistry
• Local Anesthesia Certification

Local anesthesia certification
Experience with digital radiography
