Position Summary The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth by managing customer relationships and generating revenue through outbound and inbound sales activities conducted via phone, email, and other communication channels. This role develops and expands customer accounts, identifies new business opportunities, achieves sales and quota targets, and maintains strong client relationships to support long-term business growth. Develop and expand customer relationships within assigned accounts. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Execute client-directed email campaigns and customer outreach initiatives. Expand product distribution and customer penetration within assigned territories. Respond promptly to new business leads from internal teams and external sources. Revenue & Performance Achievement Support the achievement of revenue and expense targets through effective execution of sales and marketing strategies. Manage promotional activities within client guidelines to maximize sales performance. Meet or exceed sales, distribution, and promotional objectives established by clients and the Company. Utilize sales data, reporting tools, and customer insights to deliver effective business solutions. Product Distribution & Sales Execution Drive incremental sales through new product introductions and expanded distribution of existing product lines. Maintain product availability and support growth of key SKUs within assigned accounts. Achieve sales growth through promotional and merchandising initiatives. Reporting & Process Improvement Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account updates. Provide regular business updates and performance reports. Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for process improvements that increase efficiency, reporting accuracy, and sales effectiveness. Customer Support & Administrative Responsibilities Prepare and process sales documentation and customer account information. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and account maintenance. Support trade shows, special events, and customer programs as needed. Maintain account tracking tools, distribution reports, contract logs, and other required documentation. Perform other duties as assigned. Driving is not an essential function of this position. Minimum Qualifications Education High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required. Experience Previous sales, customer service, or inside sales experience preferred. Skills, Knowledge, And Abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills.
