Job Title: RN Medical/Surgical Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Medical/Surgical Duration: 15 Weeks Shift: 06:45 PM - 07:15 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year travel experience required License: Current RN license Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: - 1 year travel experience - Availability for every other weekend - Compliance with required holidays based on unit needs Description: We are seeking clinically strong Registered Nurses for a fast-paced telemetry unit. This is a 24-bed unit that serves as an extension of the emergency room. The focus is on delivering compassionate care for our short-stay population. Common conditions treated include hypertensive urgency, stroke work-ups, and acute infections. Experience with titratable cardiac drips and cardiac work-ups is essential. Experience with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) is also required. Candidates should have the ability to function well in a dynamic and busy environment. Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient-centered care are essential.
