This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment and enjoys working alongside investors, deal teams and portfolio company leadership to deliver strategic insurance and risk advisory solutions.The successful candidate will bring a strong blend of technical expertise, commercial acumen and relationship management skills, with the ability to navigate complex transactions while delivering exceptional client service.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted advisor to private equity clients, deal teams and portfolio companies throughout the transaction lifecycle.Manage multiple engagements simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered accurately and within tight deadlines.Identify opportunities to provide additional strategic value by leveraging a broad range of advisory and insurance capabilities.Partner with internal specialists and external stakeholders to develop tailored solutions for clients.Produce high-quality written deliverables, presentations and client communications.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers and transaction professionals.Provide strategic guidance on complex insurance and risk management matters within M&A environments.What We’re Looking ForProperty & Casualty FocusApproximately 8+ years of experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, transaction advisory or private equity clients within the commercial insurance industry.People Solutions FocusApproximately 10+ years of experience within employee benefits, human capital consulting or transaction advisory.Strong technical expertise across health and welfare programs, funding arrangements and underwriting.Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions or private equity-backed organizations is highly desirable.Preferred Skills & ExperienceStrong understanding of commercial insurance markets and innovative risk financing strategies.Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across senior stakeholder groups.Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to enhance client outcomes.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the confidence to solve complex problems in real time.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.Adaptable, proactive and comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously.Proven ability to build trusted relationships with investors, executives, insurers, advisors and cross-functional teams.Ideal CandidateYou are a collaborative, client-focused professional who enjoys solving complex challenges and working in high-growth, fast-moving environments.
