Primary responsibilities:

Assessing clients medical and psychosocial needs
Administering medications and treatments as ordered by the physician
Communicating with other members of the care team
Providing education to client/families

Qualifications:

Must be licensed in the state of Minnesota
Must pass a background study
Current auto insurance
Valid driver's license
