We are seeking an influential and engaging Commercial Cards Client Service Group Manager to lead our Program Administrator Service Team and champion client resolution and support activities across North America. • Accountable for Excellence: Own the end-to-end results of your functional area, meticulously tracking Key Performance Metrics against ambitious goals. You will expertly manage resources, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and spearhead the development and adherence to robust control frameworks.
• Forward-Thinking Strategy: Drive short-to-medium term strategic planning for your function and cluster, adeptly navigating complex and highly variable challenges with significant potential impact. Your decisions will drive efficiency and enhance our competitive edge.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
