Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Support safe mobility, transfers, and use of assistive devices.
Provide meal preparation, feeding assistance, and encouragement of proper nutrition.
Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean, safe living environment.
Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support to reduce isolation.
Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or community activities as needed.
Monitor client condition and promptly report changes to the supervisor.
Document daily care activities and maintain accurate client records.
Follow agency policies, care plans, and safety procedures at all times.

Our services include assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, mobility support, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship. We also provide respite care for families and flexible scheduling to meet individual client needs.
We proudly serve Hardy, Hampshire, Grant, Mineral, and Pendleton counties, addressing a growing demand for personal care services in rural West Virginia. Our team of trained and CPR/First Aid–certified caregivers is supervised by an on-staff Registered Nurse (RN) to ensure the highest standards of safety, reliability, and client satisfaction.
