You'll share a manageable caseload of approximately 20-35 students with another experienced SLPA, ensuring quality care and balanced responsibilities.

Preferred qualifications and experience:

• Valid licensure/certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
• Previous experience supporting pediatric or school-aged populations is highly valued
• Strong collaboration skills to work alongside speech-language pathologists, educators, and administrators
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation preferred

Key responsibilities:

• Support students with varying speech and language needs across the assigned caseload
• Attend eligibility meetings and contribute valuable insight to support student services
• Assist in conducting speech evaluations and collecting data for progress monitoring
• Implement treatment plans as designed by supervising SLPs, using evidence-based interventions
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation in accordance with school standards
• Partner with fellow SLPA and school staff to provide consistent, individualized support
