CRNA Position in Granbury, TX

We're looking for a service-oriented CRNA to join the team at Lake Granbury Medical Center in Granbury, Texas.

Position highlights:

• Compensation is $300k for 44 weeks of service
• W2 position with full benefits
• 8 weeks off
• Call- 1:7- first call in house- low case volume
• One day off per week when taking in house call
• Mix of 8's/10's and 12's
• Case types include bread and butter general surgery, ENT, endo, urology, orthopedic and GYN split between the main OR and hospital-based ASC
• Daily staffing includes 7 CRNAs and 2 MDs
• OB/blocks required- willing to train
• Malpractice and tail coverage provided
• Sign on bonus

• Board certified
