Led by the experienced team from Proliance Sports Therapy & Rehabilitation in Issaquah, who have provided expert care in injury prevention and rehabilitation for more than 20 years, this new location will bring the same trusted, high-quality care closer to home. We look forward to supporting the Snoqualmie community starting early July 2026. Stay tuned for more updates coming soon! What You'll Do: The key duties and responsibilities of the Physical Therapist include, but are not limited to:- Evaluate and treat a wide range of outpatient orthopedic conditions
- Collaborate with nearby orthopedic surgeons
- Provide one-on-one, evidence-based care
- Maintain documentation in accordance with WA state standards
- Participate in continuing education and clinic mentorship
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program; Master's or Doctorate Degree preferred
- Active Washington state PT license
- New grads welcome - mentorship provided
- Experience with post-operative rehab is a plus
- $82,924-$149,264 base salary + $10K-$20K annual bonuses
- 4-6 weeks PTO + 9 paid holidays
