Construction Project Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Construction Project Manager for a 12-month contract with a client in Oakbrook Terrace IL 60181. Title: Construction Project Manager Location: Oakbrook Terrace IL 60181 Duration : 12-month contract Pay Range : $60-$65/hr. On W2 (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.) Note: The candidate will be covering projects in the West-Suburban region. This includes areas like Rockford, Elgin, Freeport, Dekalb, Aurora, Crystal Lake, etc. Based on an expected Project workload of 10-12 projects, the Candidate must be willing to drive to these areas several times per month field walkdowns, etc. Education Level/Type: At least a bachelor’s in engineering, Technical, or Project Management Top 3 Key Skills Needed: Project Management Reading/Interpreting Civil construction experience Financial Forecasting (Monthly Cash Flows) of projects Candidate MUST Haves: Project Management experience (3+ years) Utility experience (Electric, Gas, or Water) or Civil construction experience or Engineering experience directly working on Utility installation/relocation projects Experience reviewing contract proposals/bids Experience with preparing the project forecasting (e.g. Monthly Cash Flows) Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, an EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
