We're seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Counselor to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll build meaningful connections with prospective residents and families, guide them through the decision‑making process, and close sales that make a lasting difference in their lives. To be successful, you must have experience working in a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) with a Life Care Plan/entry‑fee sales. This knowledge is essential to communicating the financial and lifestyle benefits our community offers.
