Position: CCaaS Solution Architect

Summary:

• The CCaaS Solution Architect will lead the design and modernization of client's contact center platform leveraging Amazon Connect and/or Google Customer Engagement Suite (GECX).
• The role is responsible for defining target architecture, customer experience transformation roadmap, integration strategy, security compliance, and AI-enabled contact center capabilities.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of Contact Center and Customer Experience architecture experience.
• 3+ years working with Amazon Connect and/or Google GECX.

• Experience designing and developing scalable microservices and REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of secure coding, system design, code reviews, and software development best practices.

Experience in Healthcare Payer Domain is Must

Job Description:

• Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 12+ years of experience
• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Experience/Knowledge with Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong Salesforce integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Healthcare Payer domain experience is required.
• Good understanding of Salesforce architecture and data modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex billing issues.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
