QAQC Senior Project Manager

QAQC Senior Project ManagerL.A. Fuess Partners is looking for an experienced Senior QAQC Project Manager to join our team!What to Expect:Review project drawings, specifications, and calculations to ensure compliance with applicable building codes, LAFP standards, regulations and the clear presentation of technical information.Prepare written review comments on submitted documents and return them to the project teams upon completion of the review process.Coordinate project introduction and follow-up meetings with project teams to discuss needs during and after document review.Support staff development through comments provided during reviews, including written feedback and oral discussions.Identify quality risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.Collaborate with project managers in resolving technical and quality-related issues.Collaborate with in-house committees to update LAFP standard documents in support of officewide efficiency and work quality.What We're Looking For:Degree(s) in Civil / Structural Engineering or Architectural EngineeringProfessional Engineering Licensure15+ years of recent related experienceSignificant experience in the design of elevated concrete structuresStrong knowledge of structural design codes and standards (e.g., ACI, AISC, ASCE, IBC).Proficiency in reviewing structural calculations, drawings, and specifications.Strong understanding of QA/QC systems, and continuous improvement processes.Experience with commercial engineering applications (e.g. RAM, RISA, ETABS)Familiarity with Revit is a plus.Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.Strong communication and leadership abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence without direct authority.What We Offer:Competitive salary and bonus compensationCompany-paid health insuranceHealth Reimbursement ArrangementHealth Savings Account/Flexible Spending AccountDental, Vision coverageCompany-paid short-term/long-term disability coverageCompany-paid life insurance401(k), Profit Sharing, ESOPPaid Time OffPaid Medical/Family LeaveFlexible/hybrid scheduleRelocation assistanceL.A.
