Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (IV Team) - Lenox, IL We are looking for a team of Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) in New Lenox, IL. Immediate need for ongoing 13‑week assignments with varied weekday shifts and potential weekends. Compensation Hourly Rate: $113.62 Weekly Stipend: $1239.00 (Food: $448.00, Lodging: $791.00) Gross Weekly Pay: $5159 (Based on 40 hours/week in a 13‑week contract) Job Details Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Facility Location: New Lenox, IL Shift: Varied weekdays: 7a‑3p, 7a‑7p, or 7a‑11p plus potential weekends. Responsibilities Provide coverage for Procedural Care Units. General OR experience required for two providers (no neuro or cardiac experience necessary). Preferred provider with outpatient endoscopy experience and MAC. Average 4‑5 cases/day during 12‑hour shifts (primarily Ortho and Neuro cases). Coordination with surgical assistants in Ortho and OR team in Neuro. Use Cerner EMR. Work in a 100% supervised Trauma Level II setting; excluding hearts, pediatrics, major vascular, or OB cases. No placement of blocks or lines. Qualifications & Submission Requirements NBCRNA certification – required. Active IL license or currently in process – required. BLS, ACLS, PALS certification – required. Spinal and neurosurgical anesthesia experience – required. Ability to work Ortho, Neuro, and Endoscopy cases – preferred. COVID and flu vaccination – required; vaccination status reviewed at clearance time. Submit within specified rate cap.
