Job Title: Lead Floater Janitorial Job Type: 30-40 hours a weekSchedule: 7:00 PM 3:00 AM (Swing/Mid Shift)Location: Wauseon, OH and surrounding counties (Multiple Job Sites)Job SummaryQuality Cleaning Service is looking for a dependable and experienced Lead Floater to support our overnight operations. This role is responsible for traveling between job sites, filling in for call-offs, assisting team members, and ensuring all locations meet our cleaning standards.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their work.ResponsibilitiesFill in at job sites as needed to cover absences or staffing gapsPerform general cleaning duties including restrooms, offices, floors, and trash removalMaintain high cleaning standards across all assigned locationsAssist with training new team membersConduct basic inspections and ensure quality controlCommunicate with management regarding issues or site needsOperate and maintain cleaning equipment, including floor machines when neededQualificationsCommercial cleaning experience preferredLeadership or supervisory experience preferredFloor care experience (scrubbing, buffing, stripping/waxing) is a plusStrong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyReliable transportation and valid drivers license requiredAbility to work at multiple locations during scheduled shiftWhy Join Us?Opportunity for advancementSupportive team environmentVariety in daily work and responsibilitiesLeadership role with hands-on involvement
