Join this unique job opportunity to provide acute hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and apheresis treatments to an adult population in an acute hospital setting in the desirable location of Santa Barbara California. Enjoy the benefits of working closely with a small contracted team of nurses and nephrologists within a larger fast paced critical care hospital setting. We are seeking a full time employee (3-4 days per week depending on patient census). Must be reliable, willing to take overnight call for emergencies, and flexible with availability 7 days a week. We offer a retirement match IRA plan after 3 years of employment. 2:1 patient ratios for moderate acuity and 1:1 ratio for high acuity. Must have current ACLS, BLS. Experience in dialysis or ICU preferred. Level of experience will effect starting pay rate. This position offers piece rate compensation meaning the more you work the more money you earn. Flexible scheduling and vacation. Great opportunity for the right applicant!
