Customer Service Representative – Optum (Remote US) Optum, part of UnitedHealth Group, is hiring Customer Service Representatives to provide compassionate support to patients and members. This is a remote, full-time role available to candidates residing in Arizona, Nevada, Utah, or New Mexico . Job Title: Customer Service Representative I Company: Optum (UnitedHealth Group) Location: Remote (AZ, NV, UT, NM) Salary: $16.15–$28.80/hour (based on experience and local market) Contract Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM MST (occasional overtime) Role Overview You will answer inbound calls, assist customers with scheduling, insurance, and benefits, and resolve inquiries with empathy and accuracy. This role requires strong computer navigation skills and the ability to manage high call volumes while delivering excellent service.
