Specialty Account Manager, Long Term Care (Spring, TX)
Axsome Therapeutics
Axsome Therapeutics seeks a field-based specialty account manager for long-term care in Spring, TX. The role focuses on driving product adoption across LTC facilities through strategic account management, disease state expertise, and relationship building with clinical teams and pharmacy partners.
Responsibilities
- Drive product adoption and performance within assigned LTC territory
- Build and maintain relationships with psychiatrists, neurologists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and LTC clinical staff
- Engage with closed-door pharmacies, clinical pharmacists, case managers, and care coordinators
- Execute marketing strategies to support product launch in long-term care facilities
- Develop disease state expertise and serve as product champion
Requirements
- Experience in long-term care or specialty pharmaceutical sales
- Demonstrated ability to engage with multiple healthcare stakeholder types
- Strong disease state and product knowledge in CNS conditions
- Proficiency in both virtual and in-person customer engagement
- Territory and account management experience in healthcare settings
