Reeves Golf Course , located in Cincinnati, OH , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Greenskeeper ! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Role Type: Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less) General Purpose: The Greenskeeper is a key member of the course maintenance team and is responsible for the landscaping and maintenance around the golf course. Key Responsibilities: Maintains clean and organized work areas on the golf course and maintenance facility Mows greens, approaches, fairways, rough, tees, and other areas Waters tees, greens, and fairways; operates irrigation heads in dry areas needing additional water Repairs the irrigation system, pipes, and irrigation heads as necessary Grades and prepares soil base; lays sod and seeds greens, tees, and fairways Trims and prunes hedges and shrubbery; cleans flower beds Applies pesticides and fertilizer to the golf course Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager Minimum Qualifications: Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills Must be highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented Must possess the ability to design, coordinate, and maintain landscaping on the golf course Must possess the ability to operate all tools and equipment related to golf course maintenance Skilled in seeding, fertilizing, mulching, and general ground preparation for restoration and renovation Must be dependable Benefits & Other Compensation: This position includes eligibility for the following benefits, subject to applicable plan terms: Healthcare Benefits – Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement) Retirement Benefits – 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older) Eligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company’s discretion.
