Focused on supporting the U.S. Air Force's legacy modernization efforts, the full-time Senior User Researcher will develop research plans, engage with users creatively, and apply various research techniques to inform service and product design in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Develop research plans aligned with project strategy and objectives Identify and connect with user research participants, employing creative access methods Communicate research findings effectively to inform service and product design decisions Required qualifications Experience aligning user research activities with organizational strategy Proficiency in applying a wide range of user research methods throughout the product life cycle Ability to include diverse user groups in research activities for accessible service delivery Experience in translating research data into actionable insights Familiarity with user-centered design practices within agile, multidisciplinary teams
