Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
• Current and active state SLP license with eligibility for school-based practice
• Certification from ASHA (CCC-SLP) or clinical fellowship candidates will be considered
• Previous experience working with students in grades K-12 preferred, but passionate new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students in grades K through 12
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to ensure students’ IEP goals are supported
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation
• Provide consultation and training to staff and families to support student success across educational settings
