GENERAL DENTIST

Job Description

My client has two provider offices that will allow you to be able to concentrate on your area of expertise. Fully staffed so others will manage all patient administrative paperwork. My client strives to hire great Dentists from top to bottom, to ensure efficient flow of daily operations. They are looking for a long-term fit for these two established offices. Not only do you have the freedom to focus on the clinical side of dentistry, but you have control over treatment plans.


35% collections. Offer a GDR for first 6 months. Private Practice PPO/FFS (fee for service) Every dentist has access to Hygienist.

Client is looking for 2+ years of experience preferred. Bread & Butter Dentistry. Licensed in IL. Willing to bounce between 2 locations within 20 minutes of each other.

Dentist Responsibilities:

• Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during patient consultations.
• Perform all aspects of Bread & Butter Dentistry.
• Adhere to all federal and government regulations, including the state dental board rules and regulations.
• If experienced, provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatment.
• If needed, you will have access to hands on/direct mentorship.

Dentist Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD degree
• 2+ years of experience outside of school/residency. Not an ideal environment for students or Dentists with fewer than 2 years of experience in an office.
• FFS and PPO
