Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Lead to support daily warehouse and inspection operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for coordinating workflow, supporting production teams, ensuring quality standards are met, and promoting a safe and organized workplace. 2nd & 3rd shift available!

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor activities within assigned work areas or inspection tables
• Oversee inspection processes and support production personnel throughout the shift
• Ensure customer and production requirements are completed accurately and on time
• Lead by example through professionalism, organization, and strong housekeeping practices
• Ensure employees follow all workplace safety procedures and policies
• Report accidents, incidents, or safety concerns immediately to management
• Prepare shift start-up activities including paperwork, table setup, and job requirements
• Ensure proper tools and materials are available for all assigned tasks
• Provide on-the-job training and instruction for employees as needed
• Communicate procedures and expectations clearly to team members
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to supervisors or management
• Report policy or procedure violations when necessary
• Support all quality, safety, and operational initiatives

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or team lead experience preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently
• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
