Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site position for a General Store Manager located in Greenwich, CT. The General Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage and lead the team, ensure customer satisfaction, and meet sales goals. Responsibilities include managing retail loss prevention, facilitating communication within the team, and delivering exceptional customer service to align with ba&sh’s brand values and aesthetics.
