What You’ll Be Doing As a Nextech HVAC/R Technician, you’ll play a key role in delivering reliable, high‑quality service to commercial clients. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED Minimum of 2 years recent experience as an HVAC/R field technician EPA certification and a valid driver’s license Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to read and interpret schematics and work plans Basic comfort with mobile apps and technology A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to quality Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays when needed Physical Requirements This is a physically active role. You should be able to: Safely work at heights using ladders up to 28–32 feet and operate equipment within manufacturer weight limits L lift, carry, and maneuver tools and equipment, including extension ladders, up to 100 lbs Bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach into confined spaces, and perform twisting, pushing, and pulling tasks Maintain physical stamina and endurance for repetitive tasks and extended activity Stand, sit, walk, and climb ladders throughout the day Use vision, hearing, and verbal communication continuously Operate work‑related equipment such as iPads, cell phones, and computers Travel to customer sites as needed Occasionally work in an office environment Follow all applicable safety procedures Reasonable accommodations may be provided under the ADA for qualified individuals if essential job functions can still be safely performed #J-18808-Ljbffr
