• Driver's License Copy (Valid California Driver's License)
• Letter(s) of Recommendation (Letter of Recommendation)
• Proof of HS Graduation (High School or Equivalent. HS Transcripts acceptable. College Transcripts can be submitted in lieu of High School Documents)
