As a Front Desk Security Professional at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will welcome visitors, manage access control and badge processes, monitor alarms, and provide outstanding customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.93 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat06:00 AM - 06:00 PM Sun06:00 AM - 06:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Monitor access to the manufacturing and industrial location by greeting visitors, verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, and maintaining accurate visitor records. Answer and direct incoming calls, provide general site information, and communicate visitor arrivals and access-related concerns to appropriate personnel. Monitor entry points, alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems from the front desk, reporting unusual activity or equipment concerns according to site procedures. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting events and notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
