Compensation

$50,000 base salary

Performance-based commission

Typical additional commission potential of $1,500–$2,500+ per month

Total annual earning potential of $65,000–$115,000

Licensing fees may be reimbursed

Your results matter here. Producers who consistently create sales activity, follow up with urgency, and close opportunities will have the ability to increase their earnings.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and professionally to warm, internet, referral, and agency-generated leads
• Create additional sales opportunities through outbound calling, networking, referrals, and prospecting
• Conduct high-quality sales conversations that uncover each customer’s needs
• Recommend and explain home, auto, and other insurance solutions
• Confidently handle objections and ask for the sale
• Follow a proven sales process and consistently manage your pipeline
• Meet or exceed monthly activity, quote, and sales goals
• Build long-term customer relationships that support retention, referrals, and account growth
• Maintain accurate records and communicate consistently with the agency team

Requirements

• Colorado Property and Casualty insurance license
• Previous sales experience, preferably in a goal-driven or high-volume environment
• Motivated by achievement, income growth, and measurable results
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up persistently
• Know how to build rapport, uncover needs, handle objections, and close
• Take ownership of your performance without needing to be micromanaged
• Organized, coachable, dependable, and comfortable using technology
• Bring a positive, competitive attitude to work every day
