Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading shift operations, directing hourly associates, and ensuring consistent performance in safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and employee engagement. This role plays a key part in achieving plant objectives by reinforcing operational standards, developing talent, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Production Supervisor Responsibilities

• :Lead shift operations and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with plant goals
• .Coordinate and verify completion of required safety training, monthly safety initiatives, and incident follow-up actions
• .Promote a strong safety culture by coaching team members on safe work practices and ensuring compliance with operational standards
• .Communicate customer expectations and ensure production schedules support delivery commitments and quality requirements
• .Investigate quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and partner with operators to implement sustainable corrective actions
• .Drive TPM and continuous improvement efforts, including Autonomous Maintenance and Focused Improvement activities
• .Lead, coach, and develop hourly associates through clear performance expectations, feedback, documentation, and training plans
• .Support cost reduction, productivity improvement, and waste elimination through standard work and resource plannin

• :Minimum of 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, distribution, or military settings
• .Experience leading teams, making high-impact decisions, and developing talent in a fast-paced environmen
• tEmployee and labor relations experience preferred
• .Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred
• .Lean, TPM, or continuous improvement experience strongly preferred
• .Strong communication skills, a change-agent mindset, and a safety-first approach
