Bachelor's of Science in Medical Technology/Clinical Laboratory Sciences is preferred.Experience: Five (5) of clinical laboratory experience with an additional two (2) to four (4) years of clinical laboratory supervisory or management experience. Five (5) or more years of clinical laboratory supervisory or management experience is preferred.Licensure, Certification, Registration: ASCP (MT, MLS) required.Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements:Proficient computer skills (e.g. email, Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, POWER POINT)Must possess a working knowledge of overall laboratory operations.Ability to work collaboratively with other departments/department leaders/AdministrationAbility to handle multiple tasks/priorities; ability to prioritize daily workCapable of providing an outstanding customer service experience for patients and staffWe take great care of careers.With locations around the state, Hartford HealthCare offers exciting opportunities for career development and growth.
