About The Role Nevly is seeking a Technical Recruiter to lead in the sourcing, screening and hiring of the brightest future engineers, analysts and problem solvers. From backend engineers to data scientists, you will be constantly challenged to think creatively in order to drive hiring results. You will work closely with technical leaders, hiring managers and the recruitment team to plan and execute innovative hiring strategies, helping bring top A-Players to Nevly. Position Responsibilities Hiring technical A-players across the company. Work directly with the company’s technical experts and stakeholders to bring the best candidates into the company’s candidate pipelines. Contribute to the development of interview, onboarding and training processes. Build and own the strategy to recruit at a high volume and fast pace. Working with hiring teams to determine job requirements and ideal candidate profiles. Screening resumes and application forms to identify exceptional candidates. Conducting initial screening meetings to assess a candidate’s technical and culture fit with the Company. Collecting feedback from hiring team members and help guide the respective team in the decision-making process. Handling job offer discussions with selected candidates. Staying up to date with new technologies and incorporating that knowledge into the Company’s talent searches. Participating in tech and industry conferences as well as meetups to network with technical professionals. Position Requirements Three (3) plus years of experience as a technical recruiter. Hands on experience with various interview formats. Strong technical expertise with a proficient ability to understand and explain job requirements for various level and types of technical roles. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems. Deep knowledge of various sourcing techniques. Exceptional process building skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
