Successful candidates will have a strong foundational understanding of GIS concepts and familiarity with ArcGIS Pro and the ESRI suite.Completion of an introductory GIS course is required. Current enrollment or completion of a geospatial analysis course preferred. Experience with ArcGIS software and related products, knowledge of aerial imagery, Lidar, land parcels, address points, and familiarity with the geography of Texas is a plus. This position requires great attention to detail, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work well in a team setting as well as independently.Physical RequirementsWork is routinely performed in an office environment.Subject to standing, walking, sitting, bending, reaching, kneeling, pushing and pulling.Occasional lifting of objects up to 10 pounds.SafetyWork safely and follow safety rules.
