In-Home Caregiver

• Base pay $15 - $17/hr. an hour, based on your experience
• Bonus hourly pay for weekend shifts, caring for couples, shorter shifts, and other shift types
• Weekly pay every Friday via direct deposit
• Full-time and part-time positions available
• Consistent schedules and recurring clients
• Daytime, evening, and weekend opportunities available

What You'll Do As an In-Home Caregiver, you will assist seniors with activities of daily living while helping them maintain independence and dignity. Responsibilities may include:

• Personal care assistance
• Bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and social engagement
• Transportation to appointments and errands
• Dementia and Alzheimer's support

Our caregivers become trusted companions and an important part of our clients' support system. Qualifications

• Valid Ohio driver's license
• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Smartphone for scheduling and visit documentation
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required

Experience as a caregiver, home health aide (HHA), STNA, CNA, DSP, or caring for a loved one is a plus. Benefits
