RN - Cardiac Cath Lab

Cath Lab Registered Nurse

Location: Lewisville, TX

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with a rotating off-day/week.

Job Description: The Cath Lab Registered Nurse will be an integral part of the team, providing high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology, skilled in both scrub and monitor roles.

Responsibilities:

• Performing left heart caths, PCIs, pacemaker and ICD implants, TEE, cardioversion, and other electrophysiology procedures.
• Monitoring patient vitals and ensuring safety during procedures.
• Scrubbing and assisting during complex cardiovascular cases.
• Collaborating with surgical teams and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care.
• Participating in rotating on-call schedules, including weekends.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Active RN License.
• ACLS Certification.
• RCIS or RRT certification preferred.
• Experience with EP scrub and monitor roles strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as a team player.
• Attention to detail and adaptability in high-pressure situations.
