Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting intake assessments for new clients to understand their mental health history and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitating individual therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will be on a diverse client population, ranging from children to adults, many of whom face unique challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A master’s level degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.

• An active state license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD, PhD, etc.) that permits you to provide unsupervised mental health therapy services.

• A minimum of two years of clinical psychotherapy experience, focusing on adults.
\n
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions through licensing boards.

Preferred Experience\n

In addition to the qualifications, candidates who possess the following will be viewed favorably:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package with an annual salary ranging from USD $70,000 to $100,000. Benefits include:
