Construction Project AdministratorOur client is growing and needs to add a Project Administrator to their team.Duties:Process all client billings and pay applicationsResponsible for tracking lien releasesCoordinate job buy-out for project subcontractors & suppliersProcess Accounts PayableSupport Project ManagersGeneral administrative dutiesRequirements:Four or more years of construction industry experienceExperience supporting project managersExperience with Vista Viewpoint or other construction software (SAGE 300, FCC, Foundation)Our client offers a salary of up to $65k plus full benefits including M/D/V/ 401k and ESOP.
