A business in Mount Orab, OH is looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative to join their team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, is comfortable using computers, and can stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Seasonal Position with potential for long-term opportunities
Responsibilities:
- Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls
- Provide excellent customer service
- Take customer payments over the phone
- Process and print customer pick-ups
- Assist customers with questions and general account needs
- Use computer systems to accurately enter and retrieve information
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Banking or financial industry experience is a plus!
- Comfortable working with computers
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, friendly, and dependable
- Experience with Ignite Software is a plus, but not required
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, other utilities, and team members
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00a-4:00p, 40 hours a week. Flexible scheduling may be available for qualified candidates who need an adjusted schedule due to childcare or other scheduling needs.
Pay for this position is $15.00-$16.00/hour.
