Regional CDL-A Driver | Weekly Home Time | $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

Pay & Earnings

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,400+ per week
• Top Performer Weekly Pay: Average $1,800 per week
• Annual Gross: $65,000 average, with top earners accelerating to $93,000+ annually
• Additional Compensation:
  • $240 per full trailer unload
  • $50 per backhaul completed
  • Approximate All-In Pay: $0.90 per mile (factoring in base CPM + accessorial pay)
• Experience-Based Base CPM Scale:
  • 0–11 months: $0.55 CPM
  • 12–23 months: $0.56 CPM
  • 24–35 months: $0.57 CPM
  • 36+ months: $0.58 CPM

What You'll Be Doing

• Home Time: Home weekly for a dedicated 34-hour reset
• Freight Profile: 100% touch freight involving live store unloads using rolling gravity conveyors
• Volume & Consistency: Average 3 loads per week and approximately 1,600 miles weekly
• Running Area: Regional coverage across 5 states: FL, GA, AL, MS, and LA
• Equipment: Late-model International, Freightliner, and Kenworth tractors
• Schedule: Early morning delivery windows; routes can include nights and weekends
• Daily Stops: Multistop routes averaging between 1 to 6 stops per day

Paid Training & Orientation

• Field Training: Complete hands-on ride-along training in a tractor alongside an experienced account driver following your orientation.
• Training Pay: Balanced flat rate of $150 per day.
• Orientation Prep: Drivers must bring 2 weeks' worth of personal supplies to the designated orientation site in Jacksonville.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL (Solo position)
• Minimum 3 months of solo CDL-A driving experience within the last 3 years
• Physically capable of handling heavy live store unloads utilizing rollers
• Exceptional patience and customer service skills are required for store deliveries
• Secure Home-Time Parking: Account strictly requires verified secure parking for both the truck and trailer during home time. Parking must be on your own personal property or at a gated commercial lot featuring at least two forms of security (such as a security guard and/or surveillance cameras). Parking at retail store locations, unsecured commercial lots, or public truck stops for home time is strictly prohibited.
• Clean MVR & background check (Not SAP friendly)

$2,000 Sign-On Bonus Payout Schedule

• First Load: $500
• 30 Days: $500
• 60 Days: $1,000 (Bonus payouts require active employment on the payroll at the time of distribution. Programs are subject to legal modifications with appropriate notice).
