Maintenance Associate (Part-Time)

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

Shift/Working Hours: Part-time: 6:00 am to 11:00 am (Monday-Friday), with potential for additional hours.

About the role:

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and functionality throughout our facility. You will ensure the environment is safe, well-stocked, and professional, while performing routine inspections and minor repairs to support daily operations.

What you will do:

• Maintain a consistently high standard of cleanliness across the facility.
  
• Restock essential janitorial supplies and manage waste by emptying trash and recycling bins properly.
  
• Conduct routine facility inspections to proactively identify maintenance needs.
  
• Perform minor repairs, such as fixing leaks, replacing light bulbs, and repairing fixtures.
  
• Partner with the Director of Facilities to oversee the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained in a safe, fully functional condition.
  
• Participate in all mandated safety drills and testing, including fire and lockdown drills.
  
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of spaces for events and meetings.
  
• Deliver welcoming, professional support to all staff, members, and visitors.

• 1 to 3 years of commercial janitorial or maintenance experience.
