Managing a portfolio of loans in complex litigation, the full-time Alabama Licensed Foreclosure Specialist will oversee the foreclosure process, ensuring compliance with investor guidelines while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Monitor foreclosure progress and ensure compliance with state, federal, and investor guidelines Serve as the primary escalation contact for team members and external attorneys Conduct quality control reviews and maintain tracking of legal expenses related to litigation files Required qualifications: A combined 4 years of higher education and/or work experience, including 2 years in Default Servicing Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software Experience with mortgage products, including home equity loans and lines of credit Proven ability to implement procedures and process changes Experience training new staff in a related field
